Bookings run Saturday to Saturday in periods of full weeks.

In low season other arrival / departure days can be considered.

The prices are in €uros and refer to a seven day period.

A reservation fee of 20% must be paid at the point of booking.

All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Special rates are available for period over four weeks in low season.

Properties are prepared for arrivals with fresh linen and towels and thereafter changed on a weekly basis.
Maid service is not included with the linen change but can be provided at an extra charge.

Beach / pool towels are not included, please bring your own.

An additional folding bed for a child can be provided at a cost of 40 pounds per week including laundry.

Properties will be prepared for entry at 16.00 hours on the day of arrival.

The property must be vacated at 10.00 hours on the day of departure.

Keys will be collected from and returned to the Property Finders offices in Calahonda.

Key collection details will be provided at the time of booking.

All properties are equipped to different levels and to the desires of the owners. However, all properties will have cooking facilities,toasters, electric kettle, washing machine etc. unless otherwise stated.
